Monsurat has found a way to make pregnant women visit the health facility more than ever, to be delivered of their pregnancies. Her inspiration came from her readiness to take actions that will help pregnant women and newborns survive. Following many months of activity from MamaYe’s Super Activists the Chikangawa Health Centre in Mzimba district has received a donation of MK 1 million from Kawandama Hills Company that will be used to acquire an ambulance in order to improve maternal and newborn health.
