Join Now! Coalitions host 2nd advocacy learning event

Yet again in 2021, Coalitions from Nigeria and Kenya are hosting an advocacy learning event. In both countries, the coalitions have successfully advocated to improve health outcome of women, girls and babies. Through this experience, they now have best practices to share on advocacy approaches which have proved effective and lessons from their engagement with decision makers in the different context that can be used by other civil society organisations across the world.

This is the second advocacy learning event held this year. The panel will unpack topical discussions touching on health financing for RMNCAH during the COVID-19 pandemic, working alongside governments as part of Maternal and Perinatal Deaths Surveillance and Response committee members, use of different advocacy approaches and techniques like the Political Economy Analysis and their experiences in building advocacy coalitions.
