Read and download this case study (no.8) from our collection of illustrated case studies, about a supportive supervision scheme, instigated by our country team, in the Upper West and Greater Accra regions.

This case study is part of our book, MamaYe Evidence for Action Stories of Change: Selected Case Studies. Through illustrative case studies, we describe how Evidence for Action - MamaYe has strategically combined evidence with advocacy and accountability activities in
six countries, across Africa, and globally.

In this case study, we describe how our country team in Ghana instigated a supportive supervision scheme in hospitals and primary care facilities in two regions of the country with the highest need: Upper West and Greater Accra. We recount the results, challenges and
lessons learned from this experience.
